Employers submit job forms for students to apply for through public posts on the home page.

This allows students to easily find, see and evaluate some basic information of jobs.
In turn it also allows employers to advertise a job position.

The name overalls is a reference to a quote said by Milton P. Higgins, the Father of the Public Trade School Movement in America.
