Requirements
Good oral communication skills, as well as patience, a customer-focused mindset, and a willingness to work hard and take initiative. Interested individuals should be organized, ambitious, and eager to learn. High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license and no at-fault vehicle accident in the past three years. Applicants should be in good physical condition to perform services on residential and commercial structures including climbing into attics, basements, and crawlspaces. Chinese/Mandarin speaking is a plus. No experience is required.
